Return Policy for Online Purchases

Defective or damaged items: If you receive an item that was damaged during delivery or is defective in some way, please email us right away (gezellighome@gmail.com) with a description of the issue, your order number, and (if possible) a photo showing the damage or defect. Please save the packaging, as we may request that you ship the item back to us (at our expense). If we still have the item in stock, we will ship a replacement; if not, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a full refund. 

 

Other purchases: If you are not satisfied with an item you receive, you may return it in new/unused condition at your own expense within 14 days and we will refund your purchase minus the original shipping charges. Holiday/seasonal and sale items are not eligible for return.
